TELEGRAM OF CONDOLENCES

The President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity sent telegrams to Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation and A. Tishanin, Governor of Irkutsk oblast, in view of the air crash that happened in Irkutsk and entailed many victims. The telegrams express deep condolences to the relatives of the victims.
