ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE OSSETIAN SIDE

The Ossetian side made an announcement in respect of the illegal road blockage by the Georgian forces. The announcement particularly says that if by 10 a.m. on July 11, 2006 the part of the TransCaucasian highway Tamarasheni-Kekhvi is not opened for free movement, the Ossetian side will take adequate measures.
The information was forwarded to the Georgian side and Mr. Rain Grist, Officer in Charge of the OSCE Mission Office in Tskhinval by Mr. Boris Chochiev, First Deputy Prime Minister, JCC Co-Chairman from the Ossetian Side.
