AN ARMY MINE WAS USED FOR THE TERRORIST ACT

As a result of the terrorist act that took place this morning in Tskhinval were killed two people and injured four peaceful residents. The correspondent of the “Res” agency approached Mikhail Mindzaev, Minister of Interior of the RSO, to comment the incident.
According to him, the terrorist act was against the Deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of South Ossetia and an influential person Bala Bestauty, which as well as the murdered on the 9th July Secretary of the Security Council of RSO Oleg Alborov is in the so called “black list” of the leaders of the Republic of South Ossetia that are subject to liquidation. According to the fragments of the device, it was a radiocontroled army mine, supposedly “MON-60”.
