PRESIDENT OF KABARDINO-BALKARIA ARSEN KANOKOV ARRIVED TO TSKHINVAL

To the inauguration ceremony of the President of the Republic of South Ossetia arrived President of Kabardino-Balkaria Arsen Kanokov.
