To present day the georgian side has not given explanations about the reasons of its illegal placing of police posts and the carrying out of engineering works directly at the observant post "Spider" of the Peacemaking Forces from the Russian Federation, that only continues to aggravate without that the complex situation in the zone of the conflict. The Command of the Joint Peacekeeping Forces marks, that the illegal activity of the divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia mismatches the accepted arrangements and unilaterally provokes to aggravation of the situation.
