By today several perpetrators have already been detained in South Ossetia. Their participation has already been proved and criminal research is under way at the moment. The only thing to be done is to carry everything to an end in legal form. The murder of Security Secretary Oleg Alborov is already detained, as well as the orderer of the crime. The cases of explosions in Djava region and at South Ossetian passport and visa service have already been disclosed. All the executors of these terrorist acts detained and confessed in the crime. Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe

The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Finnish Foreign Minister Ilkka Kanerva, expressed his serious concern today over a series of bomb explosions in recent days in the zone of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict. Since 28 February, three separate bomb incidents have killed three people and seriously wounded at least five others, including one peacekeeper from the North Ossetian Battalion of the Joint Peacekeeping Forces.

Mortar fire in RSO Znaur district

Today morning Ossetian checkpoint located in RSO Znaur district Okona village was bombarded from Georgian side. The fire was delivered with heavy mortars within 40 minutes by Georgian Defense Ministry special detachment which arrived there half an hour earlier.
