RSO Government Sitting

A sitting of the RSO Government took place in Tskhinval. The sitting was presided by Vadim Brovtsev, the Prime-Minister. Alexander Zhmailo, the Minister for Economic Development, Murat Djioev, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Atsamaz Bichenov, the Minister of Justice, heads of district administrations and other Government officials attended the sitting.
Twelve questions were placed included into the sitting’s agenda, out of which three were left for further elaboration. During the sitting, the Government representatives heard the information from the Chairman of the State Committee of Architecture Dmitry Breusov on the concept of general plan of Tskhinval.

New appointment in the RSO Interior Ministry

Arsen Gagloev, the Head of President’s Administration, introduced to the personnel the new Deputy Interior Minister, Head of Joint Staff Nikolay Kabisov. “Nikolay Kabisov has obtained a significant experience in the structures of the Interior Ministry and we repose our hopes in you. I am sure that your work will be fruitful”, said Gagloev.

Alexander Zelig: We must provide housing to those in need in Kvaisa

On 24 September, Eduard Kokoity, RSO President nad Government officials paid a visit to Kvaisa. President had distributed tasks to cope with the consequences of the recent earthquake and to assist the affected population. The first Deputy Chairman of the Government Alexander Zelig was assigned to undertake control over the implementation of the reconstruction works in Kvaisa. Alexander Zelig told IA RES reporters about concrete steps to be taken upon President’s decision.
”President tasked us to elaborate a general plan for reconstruction in Kvaisa. We should thoroughly estimate the costs, terms of implementation of construction and mounting works. To meet this end, a commission went to the construction site. The commission includes Dmitry Breusov, the Chairman of the State Committee of Architecture to the Ministry of Economic Development, said Alexander Zelig.
