Today the Central Election Committee of South Ossetia has registered the Chairman of the State Committee for Information and Mass Communications of the RSO Georgy Kabisov and the deputy of the Parliament of the RSO (Communist Party) Merab Chigoev as the presidential candidates. As informed by the Central Election Committee of the RSO to IA RES, today the Central Election Committee has refused registration of the businessman Akhsar Vaneev and the General Director of the public corporation «Stroyprogress" Albert Dzhussoev.

The panel of the three Supreme Court judges of South Ossetia has not satisfied the appeal of the initiative group, nominating the head coach of the Russian national team on free-style wrestling Dzhambolat Tedeev for presidential elections in the RSO, against the resolution of the Central Electoral Committee passed on September, 30.
