The President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity on behalf of the people of the Republic of South Ossetia and on his behalf has congratulated the President of the Bolivarian Republic Venezuela Hugo Rafael Chaves Frias on the 200th anniversary of Independence of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. In the congratulation telegramme, in particular, is said: «On July, 5, 1811 the National congress which assumed the power in the result of revolt in Caracas in April, 1810, has proclaimed the independence of the country. Today, in two hundred years after the beginning, in Venezuela and in all Latin America the independence is reviving, being adjusted to the new time features, new circumstances, - for the sake of preservation of rich history, unique culture, formation of the powerful and worthy state where should live the future generations - here is that high idea which is taken as a principle of the Independence Day. At all times the love for Native land and indefatigable work of the freedom-loving people of Venezuela provided its progress and made it the mighty and prosperous power.

In connection with celebrating the 200-anniversary of Independence of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Murat Dzhioev has sent congratulation to the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nikolas Maduro Moros. In the congratulation, in particular, is said: Two hundred years ago Venezuela could take the vanguard position in the Independence Revolution. Having chosen the way of freedom, advantage and inalienable right to decide their destiny independently, the people of Venezuela have undergone terrible ordeals which have revealed their better qualities - courage and valour, love for their Native Land, respect for their roots and belief in justice. Confidently continuing the centuries-old traditions of democracy and convincingly showing their unity to the world community, the people of Venezuela have been developing the state in all spheres and directions.

The delegation of the youth wing of the South-Ossetian political party "Unity" –The Young Guards- is taking part in the North Caucasian Youth forum «.MASHUK -2011». It has been informed the news agency "Res" at the press-service of the Republican Party "Unity". The delegation includes the most active and talented «young guards». «The artist, a student of the South-Ossetian art college in Tskhinval Alexander Dzhioev will represent the Republic in nominations "Visual art", the choreographer Ekaterina Khachaturova - in nominations "Music", and a student of the South-Ossetian State University Vitaly Kochiev will perform in nomination" Good will"», - has been reported at the press-service. According to the interlocutor of the agency, this trip will become a good stimulus for youth in promoting the activity directed on getting involved as more as possible youth representatives in building the powerful state. «Participation in this forum will make our children confident in their strength and chances, and will bring them invaluable experience. The youth of the Caucasus should support each other not only during war, but also in peaceful time of creation», - the interlocutor has concluded.

The organization on safety and cooperation in Europe (OSCE), through the Swiss representation in Vienna, has addressed to South Ossetia with the offer of cooperation. It has been reported to the news agency "Res" by the Plenipotentiary of the President on postconflict settlement Boris Chochiev. However, as he has said, South Ossetia is not ready to take such step, till the Georgian aggression against South Ossetia in August, 2008 has been assessed by this organization «Till the August aggression is estimated, we will not cooperate with OSCE. Certainly, we are not going to build the Great Wall around South Ossetia - we are transparent, but we are against cooperation with OSCE. Not because we hide something. But this international organization should meet its obligations», - Chochiev has emphasized. He has noticed that OSCE has broken the mandate concerning informing the international community about the events in a zone of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict at that time. «They could not prevent the aggression, but on the contrary promoted to create a smoke screen over preparations of Georgia for the war», the Plenipotentiary has underlined.

Within the limits of the youth summer camp-forum the round table: - «South Ossetia: peace and stability in the Caucasus» on a subject: «International relations» has passed in Tskhinval. Besides the participants of the forum the deputy of the Stavropol Territory Alexander Sysoyev, the deputy of the Ivanovo regional Duma Ilya Petaev have taken part in the discussions of the Round table. The space bridge with the deputy of the lower chamber of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakhyt Syzdykova has been arranged; during the action she has answered the questions of the youth representatives.

The world changes and Georgia should adopt the experience of Serbia in mutual relations with the republics which have become the part of it by Stalin's decision in the beginning of the XX century. The South-Ossetian political scientist Dina Alborova, carrying out the comparative analysis between the latest developments in Serbia and Georgia, has come to this conclusion «This week the first interstate,- I should underline,- treaty has been signed between Serbia and Kosovo and has facilitateв life of the grassroots living in these countries. Certainly, it would be perfect, if such contract was signed between South Ossetia and Georgia. It seems to me that this year nothing like this will happen, but nevertheless it is necessary to think about that the world changes, and we can always appeal to the experience of mutual relations of Serbia and Kosovo», - has underlined Alborova in conversation with the correspondent of the news agency "Res". In her opinion, that Serbia has taken this step testifies that Belgrade has realized inevitability of the definitive international recognition of Kosovo.
