A friendly match between the South Ossetian and Serbian footballers has started In Tskhinval

A friendly football match between the South Ossetia national team and the Serbian team from Kosovo has started at the Republican Stadium, named after Guram Tskhovrebov, in Tskhinval.
The game was scheduled for August 7 – on the eve of the mourning events in the Republic timed to the fourth anniversary of the Georgian aggression against the people of South Ossetia. However, due to the objective reasons the match was postponed to August 14.

The Russian delegation inspected the facilities under construction in Tskhinval

Representatives of the Russian government delegation led by Deputy Minister of Regional Development Sergei Vereshchagin inspected the facilities under construction and restoration in the capital of South Ossetia objects. During the inspection the guests were accompanied by Minister of Construction of South Ossetia Anatoly Maschelkin; they examined a number of socially significant facilities in Tskhinval, including educational institutions.

Serbian footballers from Kosovo will hold a friendly match in Tskhinval

The Serbian football team from Kosovo will arrive today in South Ossetia to participate in a friendly match with local football players. As IA "Res" has been reported by the initiator of the sporting event - the Chairman of the Union of Russian and Serbian peoples, honorary member of the Serbian-Russian friendship Vitaly Ilyushkin, "we planned to play in Tskhinval on August 7 – on the eve of the mourning events in the Republic timed to the fourth anniversary of the Georgian aggression against the people of South Ossetia. However, due to the objective reasons the match did not take place that day and was postponed to August 14 "- said Ilyushkin.
