President Saakashvili's speech at the Parliamentary Assembly was, of course, biased and prejudiced against South Ossetia and the Russian Federation. January 21, Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili made a speech at the PACE session. As usual, Saakashvili again unfairlysubjected Russia, South Ossetia and Abkhazia to criticism, calling on again to restore "the territorial integrity of Georgia."
