Problems on the roads of South Ossetia must be solved together

As the news agency "Res" has been reported by a press secretary of the head of state Ghana Yanovskaya, the Minister of
Internal Affairs Akhsar Lavoev informed the meeting that for the past week had been registered 165 traffic violations, in
three cases, the drivers were under influence.
According to the President, the situation on the roads of the Republic must be addressed together.
"The head of state has stressed that the responsibility lies not only on the law enforcement agencies, but also on the
citizens who drive without proper training in a drunken state", - said Yanovskaya.

A grand meeting on the occasion of the Police Day was held in Tskhinval

In Tskhinval has been held a grand meeting on the occasion of the Police Day. The event was attended by the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov, Prime Minister of the Republic Rostislav Khugaev, a spokesman for the Interior Ministry and the Russian State Duma Ivan Solovyov, government officials, members of Parliament of South Ossetia, and the employees of the Interior Ministry.

For the week the border guards of South Ossetia detained seven border violators

November 1 - 8 the Border Service of KGB of South Ossetia was considering the cases against seven people, reported IA "Res" the press service of the KGB.
"Three citizens of South Ossetia were detained at the border area in the Tskhinval and Znaur districts, 2 citizens of the Russian Federation - in Znaur district, and 2 citizens of Georgia – in Leningor district", - explained the KGB official.
The cases of three citizens of South Ossetia will soon be considered in court, two Russian citizens are currently under investigation.
"Two Georgian citizens - George Dedanashvili and Alexander Alexander Elizarov are currently under investigation; is being considered the issue of beginning criminal proceedings under article 322 of the Criminal Code "illegal crossing of the state border, " - said the KGB official.

The 25th round of discussions on security in Transcaucasia has started in Geneva

In Geneva has started today the 25th round of international discussions on security in Transcaucasia, attended by the delegations of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, Russia, Georgia, USA, as well as representatives of the EU, the UN and the OSCE.
South Ossetian delegation is headed by Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy for post-conflict settlement Murat Dzhioev.
