In Georgia, three and a half months later, is continued the understanding of the causes and results of the October parliamentary elections.

South Ossetia precludes the establishment of any relations with Georgia unless Georgia recognizes the independence of the Republic and the genocide of the Ossetian people. This was announced today at a meeting of the South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov with the heads of ministries and departments. According to him, all other options should be considered as statements of personal nature.
