Security Councils of South Ossetia and Russia are working on the implementation of the Memorandum of cooperation

The Memorandum of cooperation signed between the Security Councils of South Ossetia and Russia, defines the main directions of cooperation between power structures of both countries. This was stated by the President of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov at the extended meeting with the government of the Republic of South Ossetia said Security Council Secretary Anatoly Pliev.

The population of South Ossetia for more than 20 years of confrontation with Georgia repeatedly faced the economic, humanitarian and psychological blackmail.
