The South Ossetian delegation took part in the celebration of the 23 anniversary of the PMR

The official delegation of South Ossetia headed by the Chairman of the Parliament of the Republic Stanislav Kochiev took part in the celebrations of the occasion of the 23d anniversary of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
As the news agency "Res" was reported at the diplomatic mission of South Ossetia in Tiraspol, Transnistria, the delegation arrived in Transnistria on the invitation of the PMR President Yevgeny Shevchuk.
"The members of the delegation laid flowers at the monument of the fallen defenders of Transnistria, attended the military parade, as well as the opening ceremonies of the various exhibitions and other cultural events, "- added the embassy.
The South Ossetian delegation has also included the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Executive Office Konstantin Pukhaev, Minister of Culture Makharbeg Kokoev and Deputy Chief of Traffic Police Dmitry Kotaev.

The delegation of South Ossetia will take part in the commemorative events in Beslan

The official delegation of South Ossetia led by President Leonid Tibilov will visit today North Ossetia, where will take part in the ceremonies on the occasion of the 9th anniversary of the tragedy in Beslan, said IA "Res" the press secretary of the RSO President Ghana Yanovskaya.
September 1, 2004 terrorists took hostage more than 1100 people who came to the grand line at the 1st Beslan school. More than 300 people have become the victims of the terrorist attack in Beslan. Most of them were children.
The main commemorative events will take place on September 3- the day when the tragic events came to a head. At 9:00 Archbishop of Vladikavkaz and Alanian Zosima will held a funeral liturgy, at 13:05 - the time when began the assault of the building – all across the country will be observed a minute of silence. At the same time, in the courtyard of the ruined school the children will release white balloons into the sky by the number of the victims of the terrorist attack. There will be a cross procession, followed by mourning ceremony at the cemetery where are buried the victims of the terrorist attack. At the monument "The Tree of Sorrow" to the sound of the metronome will be announced the names of all those killed in the attack. It will be laid flowers at the memorial tombs of the dead, and at the monument to the special squad soldiers, who died rescuing the children.
