President Leonid Tibilov introduced to the Parliament of the RSO for ratification the Agreement on Alliance and Integration between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation

President of the Republic of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov as provided in paragraph 18 of Article 50 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Ossetia, and in accordance with the Law of the Republic of South Ossetia "On international treaties of the Republic of South Ossetia" has submitted to the Parliament of the Republic of South Ossetia for ratification the Treaty on alliance and integration between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation. According to the press Secretary of the President Ghana Yanovskaya, the need for ratification is specified in the Article 14 of the Agreement.
"The Agreement will come into force the exchange of ratification documents between South Ossetia and the Russia. Given the importance of the Agreement for our country, the President will attend the session of the Parliament, "- she said.
The Agreement on alliance and integration between South Ossetia and the Russian Federation was signed in Moscow on March 18, 2015.

Georgian-South Ossetian relations is not a conflict within Georgia but unsettled relations between Georgia and the neighboring country - RSO

Yesterday, March 31, the President of Georgia George Margvelashvili made an annual statement in the Parliament. In his report on the situation, by Georgian tradition, he could not do without ungrounded attacks on South Ossetia, Abkhazia and Russia.
Correspondent of the news agency "Res" asked the Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy of the RSO for post-conflict settlement Murat Dzhioev to comment on the positions of the report.
