The Parliament of South Ossetia called on parliamentarians in the CIS and Europe to recognize the genocide of the Ossetian people

The Parliament of South Ossetia on Tuesday unanimously adopted an appeal to international parliamentary organizations, including the CIS and Europe, to recognize the fact of the genocide of the Ossetian people committed by Georgia in 1920.

The appeal was sent to the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, to the parliaments of other countries that recognized the independence of South Ossetia, as well as to parliamentary organizations of Europe and the CIS.

KGB of South Ossetia announced another stage of propaganda of radical Nazism ideas in Georgia

The Tbilisi regime, instead of recognizing its responsibility for crimes committed against Ossetians in 1920, continues to be interested in radical ideas, harboring criminal and aggressive intentions against South Ossetia, the Republic’s State Security Committee reported on Tuesday.

The KGB has noted that propaganda of the radical ideas of Nazism and racial theories is intensifying on the territory of Georgia.

The head of the Cabinet and Speaker of the Parliament of South Ossetia voted on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation

Prime Minister of South Ossetia, Eric Pukhaev, voted on Monday on amendments to the Russian Constitution at the polling station located in the Russian Embassy in South Ossetia, the press service of the government reports.

The voting was also attended by employees of the government staff headed by the head of the Department Oleg Gagloev.

When asked by journalists how he assesses the voting process, Eric Pukhaev said that "all security measures have been observed, and everything is being done for the convenience of citizens."

More than 1.6 thousand people voted in South Ossetia on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation

For three days of early voting on amendments to the Constitution of Russia, more than 1,600 people voted at the polling station in the Russian Embassy in Tskhinval, said the head of the Consular Department of the Russian Embassy in South Ossetia Sergey Alekseev.

“On the first day, on June 25, 543 citizens voted on the basis of field work, on June 26 - 863, and today - 272 citizens of the Russian Federation living in the Republic,” the Consul said.

Four more people recovered from coronavirus per day in South Ossetia, 17 continue treatment

“The day before, 12 tests were conducted, all of them negative, 4 people were discharged from the hospital, their tests are also negative. Currently, 83 people are under quarantine in South Ossetia, 65 of them are in medical facilities of theКrepublic,” she said.
