The advisory meeting of the co-chairmen of JCC takes place in Tskhinval

The tripartite advisory meeting of the co-chairmen of the Joint Control Commission (JCC) on settlement of the georgian-ossetian conflict from Russia, the Republic of North Ossetia-Аlania and the Republic of South Ossetia takes place in Tskhinval. During the meeting it is planned to discuss the situation that has developed in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict.
According to the co-chairman of JCC from the Russian party Juriy Popov, it is necessary to make efforts for renewal of the negotiating process in the existing format.
«The most important thing now is to adjust a dialogue between the parties. Unfortunately, I can not tell anything optimistical in this direction yet, but it proceeds the search of ways out of the developed situation», Juriy Popov has told.
