On 23 March approximately at 11.00 at RSO Znaur district Okona Village was committed the act of terrorism preplanned and fulfilled by Georgian special services. As a consequence of explosion of shell less explosive device the citizen Koliev Inal Inalovich and JPKF North Ossetia-Alania serviceman Doguzov Vladislav Amiranivich were badly wounded and delivered to the Republican hospital. In the course of preliminary investigation it was ascertained the explosive device admittedly four hundred grams in trinitrotoluol equivalent was planted in a container with wine presented to him as a gift from the inhabitant of Georgia Kareli district Agara village Kasradze Leri.
It is worth noting that Koliev I. I. is a non established member of RSO KGB and thanks to him in August 2007 RSO law enforcement organs prevented a series of terrorist acts preplanned by Georgian special services against peaceful population. According to the preliminary investigation the act of terrorism was aimed at physical elimination of Koliev. On the fact the RSO Prosecutor General’s office has taken institute proceedings set with the article 111 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code (designed causing of grievous harm to health committed by a group of persons on preliminary scheme) and article 205 (Terrorism).
Presently RSO Prosecutor General’s Office is conducting necessary investigation to ascertainment and detainment of persons involved in this crime.
