Arsen Gagloev, the Head of President’s Administration, introduced to the personnel the new Deputy Interior Minister, Head of Joint Staff Nikolay Kabisov. “Nikolay Kabisov has obtained a significant experience in the structures of the Interior Ministry and we repose our hopes in you. I am sure that your work will be fruitful”, said Gagloev.
In return Nikolay Kabisov thanked the Republic’s leadership for trust. “I rely on support provided by the Interior Ministry personnel and I will do my best to justify this trust”, said Kabisov.
