The President of the Republic of South Ossetia, Eduard Kokoity has sent a telegram of condolences to Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
The message reads:
"Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich!
We we deeply shocked by the news of the terrorist act at the Domodedovo airport, which killed and injured civilians.

On behalf of the leadership and people of South Ossetia, please accept my deepest condolences to you, citizens of the Russian Federation and, in particular, relatives of the victims.
I am convinced that the terrorist acts will never achieve its goal to undermine stability in the country, to subdue Russia and the future of its peoples to the evil will.
I am confident that this tragedy will consolidate the Russian society, and the organizers and the doers of this cynical and brutal crime will not escape punishment".
