Today the next meeting within the frames of Mechanisms on prevention and reaction to incidents will take place on the Georgian-Ossetiaт border in the village Dvan. As the Deputy Plenipotentiary of the President of the RSO on post conflict settlement Merab Chigoev has informed the news agency "Res", the representatives of South Ossetia, Russia and Georgia will take part in the meeting, with the assistance of the EU observers and the co-chairman of the Geneva discussions from the OSCE.

«The questions, concerning the mass infringements of the regime of crossing the state border of South Ossetia by the citizens of Georgia, and also a question on mutual transfer of the citizens being under investigation and condemned by the opponents, as well as a question of finding-out the fate of the missing citizens of the RSO will be brought up for discussion by the South-Ossetian side», - Chigoev has said. He has put a special emphasis on the fact of illegal supervision and regular realization of video shooting over the territory of South Ossetia by the observers of the EU in Georgia. «The similar actions on the part of the Mission of the European Union observers are illegal and exceed the mandate. We will demand termination of similar illegal actions», - Chigoev has noted. According to Chigoev, the fact of illegal supervision over the territory of the RSO has been fixed by the employees of the frontier services in South Ossetia and Russia, patrolling the border. At the meeting it is also supposed to bring up a question of blocking the points of crossing the state border by the Georgian side. «The Georgian side carries out the similar actions against a background of constantly spread statements of the Georgian representatives that South Ossetia interferes with the border crossing», - the head of the delegation has told. Let's remind the agreement on establishing the mechanisms on prevention and reaction to the incidents was achieved during the fourth round of the Geneva discussions on safety in Transcaucasia in February, 2009.
