KGB of South Ossetia informs on transferring the Georgian criminals to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia

On July, 7, 2011 the citizens of Georgia, detained by the law enforcement bodies of the RSO in Leningorskiy region of the Republic, were expelled from South Ossetia. It has been reported to the informational agency "Res" at the press-service of the Committee for State Security (KGB) in the RSO.

«The citizens of Georgia Irakly Saakashvili and Gabriel Basharuli, being wanted by police in the territory of Georgia for committing crimes, have been hiding out in South Ossetia. In the evening of July, 7 they were officially transferred to the representatives of the Interior Ministry of Georgia by the employee of the KGB RSO Frontier service», - has been informed at the press-service. It should be reminded, that at the end of June through the official representative of the KGB RSO Frontier service the official address of the Interior Ministry of Georgia has come in the authorities of South Ossetia with the request of searching for the persons who have committed crimes in the territory of Georgia.
