TheParliament of the Republic of South Ossetia has passed a vote of no confidence in the Speaker of the legislature body Stanislav Kochiev. As informed by the correspondent of the news agency "RES", the vote of no confidence has been carried by 19 votes to 4 out of the 23 deputies, participating in the session of the Parliament.The session has been held in private.

As the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament Yury Dzitstsoity has informed the journalists, this decision was made on the basis of an article 66 of the Constitution of South Ossetia and an article 12 of the RSO parliamentary rules.It should be reminded, that Stanislav Kochiev has been elected the Chairman of the RSO Parliament of the Vth convocation on June, 19, 2009.Under the regulations, the first Deputy Speaker Zurab Kokoev has been appointed the Acting Speaker of the Parliament.
