Different opinions on ensuring the return of the residents have also been expressed during the meeting. According to the Presidential Adviser on social issues Nugzar Gabaraev the social passport system of the district should be held to have a real picture of the needs of the returned residents for providing them with relevant socio-economic conditions. At the same time, the Deputy Prime Minister Domenty Kulumbegov called for the speedy return of the refugees, who, according to Kulumbegov should participate themselves in provision of the necessary facilities with support of the state.
Sergei Vereshchagin advised to focus on jobs creation and on enabling environment for business development in the district that, in his opinion, urges to the return of refugees.
Former residents of the district have also expressed their views and comments, having noted that most of the refugees are confused by lack of socio-economic and living conditions for repatriation.
