The South Ossetian musician Sarmat Dudaev will take part in the International festival of classical music of the CIS states young performers «Rising stars in the Kremlin». As the news agency "RES", has been informed by the Deputy Minister for Culture of the RSO Julietta Dzheranova, the festival «Rising stars in the Kremlin» will be held at the end of November, 2011 in Moscow. «At present Sarmat Dudaev is studying at the Rostov conservatory, - Dzheranova has said. - At the festival he will play the Ossetian accordion». The international festival of classical music of the CIS states young performers «Rising stars in the Kremlin» started in November, 8, 2009. The project was drawn up on the initiative and with personal participation of Svetlana Vladimirovna Medvedeva, a spouse of the President of the Russian Federation. As the founders of the festival act: the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation, Fund of the welfare initiatives, Vladimir Spivakov's International Welfare Fund with the assistance of Interstate Fund of humanitarian cooperation of the CIS states-participants. Young talented musicians from the CIS countries-participants and other states take part in the annual creative review: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Moldova, Estonia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Russia, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Kirghizia, and Latvia.
