Promises of Georgia about a higher education in the West, when receiving the "neutral passports" is a continuation of the Georgian humanitarian intervention, not only in South Ossetia and Abkhazia, but also in the North Caucasus, and, in general, in the Russian Federation.

This has been reported to IA "Res" by Special Representative of the Association of cross-border cooperation in Central Asia and Caucasus Mikhail Chernov, commenting on the yesterday's statement by the Ministry of Education of Georgia of its readiness to finance the education of residents of Abkhazia and South Ossetia abroad, provided by their consent to receive the so-called "neutral passports."
According to the expert, this statement is on a par with the abolition of visas for citizens of the North Caucasus, first, and then for all the citizens of Russia.
"Humanitarian intervention, which is now being implemented in a struggle for the minds of Russian citizens in Abkhazia and South Ossetia and in the North Caucasus, will not abolish the military preparations, which the Georgian regime is now actively carrying out for a new aggression against South Ossetian and perhaps Abkhazia" - Chernov underlined.
He noted that "ramming brains" and the recruitment of supporters among the population of South Ossetia and Abkhazia are aimed at changing public opinion in Russia, including in the Russian Armed Forces.
"That our army, which by all means will protect the independent republics from the new aggression, fighting for a just cause, will not feel the support of the Russian society," - said the expert.
He also stressed that along with the humanitarian intervention, Georgia, in fact, had completed the preparations for the future war.
