Adopted at the session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (PA) resolution has clearly demonstrated the biased position of its authors, and will take place among a number of other similar resolutions and declarations adopted for one purpose - to capture once again the political will on the situation, refusing absolutely to face the real facts and conclusions of competent professionals who know the situation and conveyed the objective position publicly.

This has been reported to IA "Res" by Presidential Envoy of South Ossetia for post-conflict settlement Murat Dzhioev commenting on the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly resolution on "the situation in Georgia," adopted July 9, which once again refers to the so-called "territorial integrity" of Georgia, and South Ossetia and Abkhazia are mentioned as the "occupied territories."
"I meanthat the OSCE parliamentarians did not take into account that the'' territorial integrity'' of Georgia is nothing more than a myth, and the Republic of South Ossetia and Abkhazia are the recognized states, formed, like other former Soviet states after the collapse of the Soviet Union and having no relation to the'' territorial integrity'' of Georgia", - said the Presidential Envoy.
Preparation and adoption of the resolution, said Dzhioev, is also the incorrect step towards the people of South Ossetia, as its authors "did not even deign to visit the place to familiarize themselves with the real situation. Whether it was a manifestation of the highest respect for human rights and democracy? "
"The mention of the'' occupied territories'' in the resolution does not meet absolutely the reality. The distinguished parliamentarians did not take into account that in June 2012 at the Geneva next round discussions on security and stability in Transcaucasia was held a broad debate of issues of admissibility of concepts ''occupation'' and ''occupied territory'' to South Ossetia and Abkhazia with an invitation of co-moderators (UN, EU, OSCE), highly skilled specialists, and there has not been given any argument in favor of admissibility of these concepts to our reality.
The OSCE parliamentarians have ignored the resumes of the EU independent Commission for studying the causes of war in August 2008, which clearly recognized Georgia as the aggressor ", - underlined Plenipotentiary Ambassador.
The deliberately false position of the resolution, continued Dzhioev, about the "territorial integrity" and the "occupied territories" of Georgia has caused, to put it mildly, the other requirements, far from reality, to afford the EU Monitoring Mission an opportunity for "free access to the occupied territories" and the restoration of the OSCE Mission in Georgia.
"The fact is that the EU Monitoring Mission has a mandate to work only in the territory of Georgia and even if the OSCE Mission to Georgia, which, incidentally, in August 2008 proved to be far out of the best actions, is restored, it will work in Georgia without any relation to the Republic of South Ossetia ", - saidDzhioev.
Despite the unacceptable position of the OSCE Mission in 2008, recalled Dzhioev, the authorities of South Ossetia have repeatedly suggested the OSCE the direct cooperation.
"But there is no progress in this matter" - he added.
It seems, concluded Dzhioev, that Western politicians and parliamentarians are interested not even in Georgia, "they see it as a platform, where they can beat their goals and passions, far from the real interests of the Caucasian peoples, respect for human rights and fairness."
