In connection with the explosion at the petroleum refinery Amuay, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia has sent condolences to the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the Republic of South Ossetia.
It is said in the letter of condolence:
"We are deeply saddened by the news of numerous casualties as a result of a gas explosion in the Venezuelan refinery Amuay.
In connection with the tragedy, we are expressing our deepest condolences to you, to the families and friends of the victims, and to the Venezuelan people; we wish speedy recovery to the injured. "
