Russian Emergencies Ministry helicopter has mistakenly landed near the border of South Ossetia with Georgia

A helicopter of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, arrived in South Ossetia with the humanitarian aid, today has mistakenly landed on the outskirts of Tskhinval near the state border with Georgia.

As the news agency "Res" was informed by Deputy Head of the Border Control Agency of South Ossetia, Lieutenant Colonel Robert Gazzayev, the pilots of the helicopter, realizing their mistake, had quickly took off and landed in the village of Tbet in Tskhinval district of South Ossetia.
"The Georgian side has not made any statement yet" - said Gazzaev.
