The visit of the Russian interagency delegation to South Ossetia is in its second day

The Russian interagency working group led by Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Rashid Nurgaliyev has continued today its work in South Ossetia. Members of the delegation and representatives of the South Ossetian leadership, headed by President Leonid Tibilov went to Leningor district, where they would communicate with the district administration and the local population. Besides, during the trip they will inspect the social and infrastructural facilities, which are under construction.

The delegation arrived in South Ossetia on September 23. The same day the government of the Republic and the members of the delegation visited the town of Kvaisa (Dzausky District), where they met with representatives of the town administration and the staff of the mining administration which had not been functioning since 1997. During the two-day visit, the interagency working group is planning to inspect the reconstruction process and the new construction of social facilities and infrastructure provided in the investment program on promoting socio-economic development of South Ossetia in 2012-2013.
