The recent parliamentary election in Georgia, which has been dubbed the "Brooms Revolution," has developed a dual power in the neighboring country. The President remained the same, only his powers have been diminished in favor of the Prime Minister: Saakashvili himself proposed this law in the hope that his party would win the election and offer him the position of prime minister with wider powers than the president.

However, those plans did not come true, his henchmen - the samecriminals, as he is - one after another are thrown into prison, and his own fate is obscure; there is noone-man command in the country.
"Domestic policy of the ''dreamers'', from the first day they came to power, is characterized by swift arrests of the former government officers. These arrests through the government-controlled media, quite in a Bolshevik spirit, are issued for people supposedly required "restoration of justice." However, it is striking that the victims of the arrest, are, as a rule, the officials appointed under the Constitution by the President, who has remained in office after the power transfer (the case with the arrest of the chief of the Joint General Staff of the Georgian Armed Forces), or people in the past, who have done a bad turn to leaders of the "Georgian Dream". Attention is drawn to the fact that the recent arrest of the average state-level officials has the main goal digging some dirt up on the main leaders of the "National Movement". Hence the arrest of employees of the Department of Constitutional Security and Special Operative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Deputy Mayor of Tbilisi, Head of General Inspection of Internal Affairs and so on, "- has written Georgy Mamulia in the article "What is this-nonsense or betrayal? "(The Georgiandata - analytical portal "Georgia Online», November 19, 2012).
The author has come to the sinister and tragic conclusion: "To me, as a historian, what is happening now in Georgia it rings a bell of the mechanism of repressions launched by Stalin in 1937-38 years. Former state officials, sentenced to death by Stalin personally according to the so-called "Stalin's lists" were arrested, and only then was followed the collection of falsified data, formally required for their conviction. With this aim, as a rule, were arrested the colleagues and staff of the main victims, from whom, through intimidation and torture, were wrested testimony and slander against their former bosses. Though the methods of "selective justice" can change, the basic principle, as we see, remains in force due to the nature of this phenomenon. An open-minded Western observer would never be able to understand why 90% of the Georgian news, the majority of population of which is in dire economic straits, devotes much attention to the details of arrest and investigation of cases of former officials of the country, and to nothing more. The hate campaign unleashed in the media against the arrested persons, before their guilt is proven in court, habituate people to lawlessness, eradicating the germs of legal consciousness, which worked so hard to let seedlings in post-Soviet Georgia. It is outlined the attempt to restore the Soviet spirit among the population, implementing the parallel policy of deeuropeanization."
It`s obvious, that this article is sponsored. It has carried the idea that during the reign of Saakashvili was a progressive period of Europeanization, as if the signs of Europeanization are extortion, arbitrary arrests, torture and murder. One can feel a style of "mishists`s" propaganda, who try to escape responsibility for their crimes.
Against the background of the political confrontation in the upper echelons of power, chaos and anarchy broke out in Georgia; the government is losing control over the situation;the murders have become more frequent.
"Another murder has been committed in Georgia – says ''Online'' in the issue of November 25 (the article "Another murder has been committed in Tbilisi"). – On Marjanishvili street, in the courtyard adjacent to the church named after Alexander Nevsky was killed with a rifle a 45-year-old Soso Chikobava - an assistant and a driver of the Father superior of this church. He received six mortal wounds, one of them was controlling. As reported by the law enforcement agencies, the killer fired a pistol "Makarov". "
The same publication has further noted: "I should be reminded that one more murder was committed in Tbilisi yesterday. At the hypermarket "Karvasla" was killed a 43-year-old businessman. He was found in the back seat of his car "Mercedes ML."
In these circumstances the government of Ivanishvili doesn`t plan to strengthen the law enforcement agencies` activity, but ... to declare an amnesty.
November 22, Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili announced at a press conference in a hotel "Radisson" in Tbilisi that the planned mass amnesty of the prisoners would entail the increase of crime and the "society should understand this".. "Of course, at some stage, and within some time it will entail the increase of crime. The society should show the understanding of this problem, and we must be patient. There's a lot, most deserves it. Some of them will manage to escape, some will have to return, and there are the law enforcement agencies for this. I think, this is a healthy process, a civilized process and we, the society, must bear it. This, certainly, will create some inconvenience, "- said Ivanishvili.
At the same time are being revealed new facts of the criminal "activities" of the highest officials of the State of Georgia among Saakashvili's immediate environment. In fact, the word "revealed" in this case is not quite accurate - we have learned about them long ago, but they are made public known through the Georgian media for the first time.
What is there in this evil list! Blackmail, kidnapping, illegal arrests and torturing of the innocent people ... It is clear: the people involved in such terrible crimes against the people of South Ossetia, could not show a different approach to their own people. It is no coincidence that the nature of the crimes against South Ossetia is the same against the people of Georgia. The only difference - they did not shoot at their people using self-propelled artillery.
However, let`s listen to one of the most important witnesses.
"The former deputy of the Georgian parliament (under Mikhail Saakashvili), a member of the party "United National Movement" Koba Bekauri has made a statement that the story of a broadcaster and journalist Shalva Ramishvili, when in 2005 he was arrested, and the channel was closed, had been fabricated with the participation of top officials of the country -the major figures of the "Unified National Movement" (headed by Saakashvili). This was declared by Bekauri on Monday November 26 in the TV program "The Morning of Shalva Ramishvili" on TV "Maestro" live "- has written the information magazine "News-Georgia" on November 26, 2012 in the article "The circle around Merabishvili is getting narrow".
"When I entered the office of Dato Akhalaia (former head of the Department of Constitutional Security) in the Georgian Interior Ministry, I saw Vano Merabishvili (Interior Minister), Zurab Adeishvili (Attorney General, then Minister of Justice) there. We had a conversation, that I should offer Shalva money, and then he would have to be arrested "- told Bekauri on TV.
"At some point, I resisted. I said, I would not hand over money. Then Adeishvili said me personally - "You have to choose the best way for you, or I'll catch you and destroy. You must hand over the money." A lot of people were caught at that time and then disappeared.... There was also a prosecutor there"- said Bekauri."
The article has also stated that "according to Bekauri, Saakashvili was aware of the whole story." Who would doubt!
Another interesting conclusion of the edition:
"Since coming to power in Georgia of representatives of the coalition "Georgian Dream ", headed by the Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili are conducted investigations, prosecutions and implemented sanctions against the officials of the former leadership under Mikhail Saakashvili, on charges of various offenses. Last week the Head of the Public Relations Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia Nino Giorgobiani has made a statement that in the near future a case of abuse of power can be brought against the former Prime Minister and former Minister of Internal Affairs Vano Merabishvili. "Appropriate materials were prepared for submitting to the prosecutor's office by a new leadership of the Interior Ministry," she said at the Saturday briefing. According to her, it's about actions of Merabishvili in 2006-2008 "(article in «Georgia Online»- «Ivanishvili is appealing to the society to show understanding to the increase of crimes as a result of the amnesty" November, 22, 2012).
Okruashvili is also arrested.
"Okruashvili can strongly demand to transfer him to the place where is kept ex-Minister of Defense and Interior Affairs Bacho Akhalaia. "In recent yearsI had two goals. First-to remove Misha, the second - to return home. Misha is almost removed.Despite the fact that it was done by others, I have also made a small contribution. Maybe, I will demand to transfer me there, where is being kept a bastard Akhalaia "- Okruashvili said. "Injustice arises in the country after the state is not able to administer justice. If the state is not able to administer justice at the trial of the previous government, so the Georgian people have their scissors for execution. The new government has plenty of time to demand from members of the "National Movement" to account for their crimes,"- said the former minister."
It would be nice, if our law enforcement agencies promote the justice in the neighboring state - as Okruashvili is guilty of death of the citizens of South Ossetia in 2004, when he was one of the protagonists of the military intervention in Georgia (the so-called three-month summer war of 2004). In this case, the reaction of the Georgian authorities could serve as a litmus test to indicate the degree of sincerity of their words of repentance and reconciliation.
