Official delegation of the Republic of South Ossetia has arrived in Switzerland to participate in the Geneva international talks.
As reported to the news agency "Res" by a Head of the South Ossetian delegation, Presidential Envoy for post-conflict settlement Murat Dzhioev, the key question for the South Ossetian party is still the matter of security.

According to him, at the 22 round of the Geneva talks will be continued the discussion on strengthening confidence measures, the draft agreement on the non-use of force by Georgia against South Ossetia and Abkhazia, clarification of the fate of the missing persons, as well as the humanitarian questions.
"June 2009 our delegation proposed a draft agreement on the non-use of force between Georgia and South Ossetia. Similar projects have been received from the Abkhazian delegation and international mediators. But, unfortunately, non-constructive position of our counterparts has not allowed reaching a consensus so far,"- underlined the envoy.
He has added, that at the 22 round of talks will also be discussed the situation in the region since the previous meeting.
Dzhioev has noted that members of the South Ossetian delegation will raise the question of the fate of the missing persons and citizens of South Ossetia, being kept in prisons of Georgia.
The talks will be held on December 11-12. Geneva talks are attended by representatives of South Ossetia, Russia, Abkhazia, USA, Georgia, the EU, the OSCE and the UN.
The South Ossetian delegation has included - Head of South Ossetian delegation, Presidential Envoy for post-conflict settlement Murat Dzhioev, Foreign Minister of South Ossetia David Sanakoev, Presidential Adviser Konstantin Kochiev and other officials.
