Influenza is a very dangerous disease. During the World War II and immediately after it thousands of people were mown down by the Spanish flu, widely known for its devastating scale. In our time we have seen the Chinese flu, which started its march around the world from China.
Georgian media announced the flu epidemic in Georgia. According to the Georgian press, this is the swine flu. News Agency "Georgia Online" writes in an article on February 17, 2013 "The number of victims of the so-called swine flu in Georgia has increased to five people":" In January of this year, the number of victims of the so-called swine flu has risen to five in Georgia. This has been told the «IPN» by the Head of the Medical Council of the National Center for Disease Control Paata Imnadze. According to him, since the last November to date up to 143 people picked the virus, 133 of them – the virus type A, 10 - B-type. "

Against this background, for almost half a year Georgia has been trying to understand the results of the parliamentary elections held last October. March 18, 2013 the non-governmental organizations will report on the hundred day activities of the new government of Georgia. To attend the presentation are invited the Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili, the authorities and the parliamentary minority. The event entitled "100 days in power: the supremacy of law and human rights" is organized by the Association of Young Lawyers, the NGO "Transparency International - Georgia" and "Fair Elections and the International Society of Democracy." The report will be presented at the hotel Sheraton Metechi Palace at 11:00, writes the same publication in yesterday's article, "The non-governmental sector will assess the100-day activities of the government."
Meanwhile, since 1989 inGeorgia are heard the statements that the era of communism has finally ended. This time this statement was made by the Chairman of the Parliament David Usupashvili.
He called a very significant the extraordinary party congress "Georgian Dream - Democratic Georgia". As the Speaker has said the journalists after the Congress, it is very important that Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili not only gathered a coalition that had won the election, but that he formed a new party, which attracted the public attention.
"It's important the statement of the honorary chairman of the party '' Georgian Dream'' which reads that the new party will never merge with the authorities and public institutions. Thus in Georgia will be put an end to communism, as in the past 20 years, the ruling party had claims on truth, and which has led the country to many troubles", - said Usupashvili," writes "Georgia Online" in the publication of February 17, 2013 (the article "Georgia will put an end to the era of communism - Usupashvili"). Earlier, on the completion of the communist era in Georgia consistently proclaimed Zviad Gamsakhurdia, Shevardnadze and Saakashvili. Subsequently, however, the similar statements have also been made. What is the meaning of such behavior of the Georgian politicians – it is still unclear.
It is also incomprehensible a glaring inconsistency in the statements of the current Georgian authorities, to which very eloquently drew attention the member of parliamentary minority David Darchiashvili, who has commented the yesterday's statement by the Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili at the special congress of the party "Georgian dream - a democratic Georgia."
"Attention of the oppositional MP was attracted by Ivanishvili`s statement on foreign policy.

'' When he says that the past 100 days have been very successful in terms of foreign policy, I cannot agree with him. During this period we have seen contradictory steps in the foreign policy. What is the success, I did not understand. First they were talking about the opening of the railway through Abkhazia, then it was stated that this issue was no longer on the agenda. There was talk about the fact that the Armenian foreign policy is a model, but later it was announced that we had misunderstood the things. Initially it was also stated that the Kars-Tbilisi-Akhalkalaki railway is questionable. Then it was said that not questionable. I think that our neighbors are falling into confusion, "- said the agency« IPN» David Darchiashvili" - writes "Georgia Online" in the article "I don`t understand what kind of success has meant Ivanishvili" – Darchiashvili," on February 17, 2013 year.
But it seems that the majority of the Georgian people are not interested in such political niceties. The most important thing they are longing for is- to get rid of Saakashvili once and for all.
"You have beaten us with batons, deprived the last piece of bread, forced to fight against South Ossetia and Russia Now you will get your due!"- Georgian people, both in the capital and in the provinces of Georgia, are trying to bring their longing desire to the still President Saakashvili.
"In the village of Narazeni Zugdidi district Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili faced the protest action. The leader of the local organization "Protect Georgia" Kakha Mikaya and the activists of other organizations tried to block the way to the escort of the president. The vehicles were showered with eggs and threats. The mobilized police tried to control a crowd," -writes "Georgia Online" on February 13, 2013 in the article " Saakashvili`s car was pelted with eggs in western Georgia."
But the internal contradictions of Georgia do not interfere to pursue very effective foreign policy, which has recently been gaining momentum. It is already arranged the tourism from North Ossetia to Georgia, especially among young people, which are returning, shaken by the Georgian hospitality and cordiality, that is designed to create a good background for further activities to condemn to oblivion a "slight misunderstanding" in the form of military aggression and genocide of the people of South Ossetia, ended only in 2008 .
Georgia's foreign policy successes in the Russian and North Ossetian directions have given her confidence, which is also reflected in the rhetoric of the Georgian representatives, who have completely excluded the name "South Ossetia."
This week the Georgian magazine "Tabula" published a lengthy article by ex-Minister of Georgia for Reintegration Eka Tkeshelashvili, where one could not met the word "Ossetia" - only the "Tskhinvali region".
"It is important under the new government not to diminish the perception of the severity of the occupation and, therefore, the perception of the related policy as a lower priority and, especially, its adjusting to other internal and external challenges," - the author writes.

It should be reminded that the liberation of the South Ossetian people by Russia from the fascist military occupation of Georgia is perceived in Georgia as the "occupation". In Georgia things have always been turned upside down. The good – is the evil, shooting Ossetians – is a concern for their welfare, the liberation – means the occupation.
I`d like to focus on the fact, that keeping its strategic objectives, Georgia has made significant adjustments to the tactical questions. It would even be accurate to say that it has completely changed its tactics. In particular, due to individual collaborators, it is quite possible to successfully begin creating a view that most of the Ossetians have no problems with Georgia, and only a handful of some extremists in Tskhinval are against the friendship between the peoples.
This was clearly stated in the article of the Georgian ex-minister: "A significant element of the state policy is the strategy, focused on deepening relations with the indigenous inhabitants of the occupied regions. For the first time the Georgian government has launched a focused, consistent investment in the restoration of relations between the people, separated by the marking line. The state engagement strategy is based on pragmatic considerations. Along with the diplomatic activity under the occupation regime, it should be created the preconditions, necessary for their future coexistence by re-establishing links between the people. It is groundless to think that the relationship with people living in the occupied regions, even under the local regime, regardless of the position of Russia would lead to the process of de-occupation and safe return of hundreds of thousands of refugees to their homes, as well as to the overall settlement of the conflict. "
Thus, it is obvious, that Georgia in its foreign policy, directed against South Ossetia, will continue to focus on working in Russia, and especially in North Ossetia.
In this case, it is symptomatic that Georgia denies the attempt of a conspiracy behind the South Ossetia.
According to the conflict expert Gogi Khutsishvili, Abkhazia and South Ossetia have begun thinking that, perhaps, between Tbilisi and Moscow is a secret conspiracy that will affect them. According to Khutsishvili, for its part, Moscow is trying to assure that nothing is happening.
"In reality, of course, nothing, like that, is happening. We are not trying to conspire behind their backs with Moscow", - said Gogi Khutsishvili.
Khutsishvili believes that as soon as started the Georgian-Russian dialogue, the positions of Tskhinval and Sukhum have become tougher. This conflict analyst expressed his point of view the reporters before a meeting with the Deputy State Minister for Reintegration Ketevan Tsikhelashvili and the NGOs spokesmen, working in this field. During this meeting, in particular, are being discussed the country's problems, the settlement of which require the involvement of the civil society and the experts.
"... We stand for more communication with the Abkhazians and Ossetians to achieve mutual trust. This should facilitate the ongoing dialogue between Georgia and Russia, which is on training wheels so far. But it`s clear that these processes are related to each other. In particular, this is indicated by the fact that as soon as the Georgian-Russian dialogue started, the positions of Tskhinvali and Sukhumi have become tougher, "- said Khutsishvili, " writes the Georgian news agency "Abkhazia today" in the article "The positions of Tskhinvali and Sukhumi have become tougher - Khutsishvili" of February 17, 2013.
Prime Minister (now the leader) of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili has not also ducked this issue.
"The Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili stresses the need to "do everything "to rectify relations with "the Ossetian and Abkhaz brothers." According to him, we should be able to forgive each other and build a state, which will be a homeland to all. This was said by Bidzina Ivanishvili at the congress of the "Georgian Dream", held at the Philharmonic Society in Tbilisi. "I want to say about relations with Russia and the restoration of the economic and cultural ties. We are following this direction. The first steps have already been taken, and the Russian market will open for the Georgian products, which is very important for our country. Ivanishvili said, that "the new government continues the process of improving relations with the neighboring countries and to accuse the opposition that its relations with other countries are vain, "is not true, as an exemple the Prime Minister described the recent visit to Turkey, which, according to him, was a success." Georgia should become the politically and economically attractive democratic country. Everything must be done to rectify relations with our Abkhaz and Ossetian brothers. We should be able to forgive each other and build a state that will be a homeland for all "- said the Prime Minister of Georgia," - writes the same agency in the article "Everything should be done to rectify relations with our Abkhaz and Ossetian brothers - Ivanishvili" February 16, 2013.
As we can see, Georgia has been actively working at full capacity in order to review the results of our people's 20 years of struggle for independence.
