Today`s Session of the Parliament of South Ossetia has unanimously approved a decision of the Presidium of the legislative body on the establishment of the Commission for giving political and legal appraisal of the actions of Georgia against South Ossetia in August 2008.
As pointed out by Stanislav Kochiev during the discussion of the issue, the Commission would also carry out the appraisal of the actions of Georgia against South Ossetia in summer 2004.

According to him, at that time started the "incremental penetration of Georgians into the Republic."
"The Commission has included representatives of all the parliamentary committees, as Georgian aggression covered all sectors of life in the Republic," - said Kochiev.
He has noted that by March 20, 2013 the Commission will have to complete the work and on March 27 it will have to present the results at the parliamentary session.
"After that, we will have to draw up a law on combating the Georgian fascism and extremism. Based on this law, we will continue to determine our attitude to those who in different formats, without coordinating their actions with the leadership of the Republic, on behalf of South Ossetia, have been meeting with representatives of Georgia ", - stressed Kochiev.
The decision to establish the Commission, headed by Stanislav Kochiev, has been approved today at the meeting of Parliament. The Commission has included 20 people - the leaders of all parliamentary committees, representatives of the presidential administration, law enforcement agencies and the Cabinet. The Commission has also included the Chairman of the Public Chamber Merab Zasseev and the Ombudsman Inal Tasoev.
February 14, 2013 President of the Republic Leonid Tibilov sent an official letter to the RSO Parliament with the suggestion to give a political and legal appraisal of the actions of Georgia against South Ossetia, as well as to pass the law on regulating the consequences of the Georgian aggression, as well as to work out the policy strategy in relation to Georgia.
