The delegation of the South Ossetian Parliament will meet with the leaders of the Federation Council and the State Duma of Russia, said today the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic Stanislav Kochiev at a press conference in Tskhinval.
According to him, the delegation of the Parliament intends to leave for Moscow on Tuesday, September 24.
"We plan to meet with the chairmen of the upper and lower chambers of parliament, to discuss with them our work ", - said Kochiev.
He has reminded that in 2008, between the Parliament of South Ossetia and the Council of the Federation was signed a cooperation agreement.
" We are in contact with both chambers of the Russian Parliament; we submit bills for a decision to the Federation Council," - said Kochiev.
He has noted that all the parliamentary groups in South Ossetia are in contact with related parties in the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
Kochiev has added that he, being also the head of the Communist Party of South Ossetia, meets regularly with the Chairman of the Communist Party of Russia.
