Questions of the Investment Program to promote socio-economic development of the Republic of South Ossetia in 2013 were discussed at a government meeting chaired by Prime Minister Rostislav Khugaev.
A report on this issue made the Minister for Economic Development Zalina Khugati, according to which it is necessary to define the state customers of the Investment program 2013.
"The same Directive was adopted in 2012 for the investment program 2012-2013 - said the minister. - In 2013, there was not adopted such directive, and it is necessary to define the government customers to implement the program."
According to Khugati, the government customers in the current investment program are the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Municipal Construction, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Health and Social Development and the Committee of construction and maintenance of roads.
The question submitted by Khugati to the Cabinet, was approved unanimously.
During the meeting, members of the government have also approved amendments to the draft law "On the State Budget of the Republic in 2013."
According to Deputy Finance Minister Marina Tibilova, changes have torched the expenditure side of the budget.
"The total sum of the expenses increased by more than 86 million rubles, - said the Deputy Minister. - The main part is the increase in the costs of the city and the districts administration; it was also considered the question to increase the expenses of the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Emergency Situations, and Ministry of Health."
To the Cabinet also considered the issues related to allocation of funds from the Reserve Fund of the Government of the Republic.
In the course of the meeting was also confirmed the appointment of Robert Pukhaev as Deputy Minister of Agriculture.
Pukhaev`s candidacy was submitted to the Cabinet by the Minister of Agriculture Mairbeg Guchmazov.
"Robert Pukhaev is an experienced man in the field of science, who has his own research and development, is the author of patented inventions - said Guchmazov. - I think he will make a positive contribution to the work of our agency."
Robert Pukhaev, in turn, said that he would make every effort for fruitful activity.
