Georgian authorities patronize the persons suspected of committing serious crimes in the territory of South Ossetia, said the journalists Deputy Presidential Envoy of the RSO for post-conflict settlement Khokh Gagloyty before the meeting of mechanisms to prevent and respond to incidents (MPRI), held in the Georgian border village of Ergneti.

According to Gagloyty, lately the third suspect in a felony in the territory of South Ossetia, fled from the investigation to the territory of Georgia.
"Georgian authorities have not taken any step to capture and transfer these people to the South Ossetian side, despite the fact that in some cases we have given them specific information about their whereabouts ," – said deputy envoy. - As far as the policy of protecting criminals elements corresponds to the criteria of a civilized state, how the official authorities in Tbilisi try to present it, should be subject to assessment of impartial observers."
Gagloyty has also commented on the Georgian media, claiming that the barriers being constructed around the perimeter of the state border of South Ossetia with Georgia, trouble the residents of the Georgian village of Atotsi.
"It's only oral statements- said Gagloyty. - Previously, it was stated that there were 30 plots in the Georgian village of Gogueti. Today is the third meeting, where we expect from the Georgian side relevant documentation on these land plots. We want the people to be able to gather the harvest, but we expect the necessary documentation to own or rent the plots of land, and which authority conferred them this right. We have repeatedly stated that we are ready to study these documents. "
Gagloyty has added that oral statements on this issue can be regarded as disinformation spread by the Georgian authorities
