South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov has supported the decision of the government of the Russian Federation on the possible use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. This was state by the Head of State at a meeting with the heads of law enforcement agencies.
Leonid Tibilov has noted that the situation in Ukraine should be returned to a constitutional course to eliminate the threat to the lives of citizens of the Russian Federation.
"I think that until the normalization of the political situation this decision would be right and I fully support it," - said the president.
Leonid Tibilov has stressed that the South Ossetian society cannot remain indifferent to the ongoing events in Ukraine.
"The people of South Ossetia experienced themselves the violence against the civilian population", - said the head of state.
Leonid Tibilov has noted that many public organizations and political parties of the Republic have already supported the decision of the Russian Federation.
"This suggests that South Ossetia will always support its strategic partner - Russia ", - said the head of state.
