Russian doctors received state awards from the head of state

President of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov, presented state awards to professors of the Russian Academy of Sciences, who participated in the training of highly qualified medical personnel in South Ossetia, the press service of the head of state reports.

During the award ceremony, President of the Russian Medical Academy of Continuing Professional Education of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation Larisa Moshetova received the Order of Friendship from the head of state.

Anatoly Bibilov thanked her for his contribution to the development of health care in the Republic and expressed hope for further cooperation between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation.

“I hope this interaction between South Ossetia and the Russian Federation will only deepen. Your work is very effective, ” he said.

In turn, Larisa Moshetova has noted that the reward was a pleasant surprise for her.

“Thank you for such a high award. I hope we will be useful for people of South Ossetia,” she said.

The President also signed a decree awarding the Rector of the Russian Medical Academy of Continuing Professional Education of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Sychev, with the medal “To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Republic of South Ossetia”.

"This is a great honor for me. We are doing everything to develop healthcare in South Ossetia for the good of the people of the republic, ” he said.

In turn, he presented the head of the South Ossetian state a book dedicated to graduate doctors of the Russian Medical Academy of Continuing Professional Education, which saved lives during the Great Patriotic War.
