The VI Forum of Young Diplomats of the Eurasian Space, organized by the Council of Young Diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, took place in Moscow, and was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia. The program of the Forum included plenary sessions, devoted to the development of economic diplomacy in the Eurasian space, a panel discussion with representatives of the Russian media, and the work on the final declaration of the Forum.
Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation A. A. Pankin, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on international Affairs L. E. Slutsky, Member of the Board (Minister) of the EEC on integration and macroeconomics T. D. Valovaya addressed the participants of the Forum.
Meetings were held with the Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation K.I. Kosachev, Deputy Director of the Department of European Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation I.S. Subbotin.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov sent a greeting to the participants of the Forum, in which he noted its importance for building confidence in the Eurasian space and forging new contacts between young diplomats.
