South Ossetian President Anatoly Bibilov held a meeting with members of the Government following a recent meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the press service of the head of state reports.

Anatoly Bibilov has noted that during the meeting in Moscow a wide range of issues was discussed.

"During the meeting with the President of the Russian Federation, they discussed issues related to the interaction of South Ossetia and Russia in almost all areas, starting from the implementation of the investment program of the past years, the investment program of the next three years, the customs crossing of goods, the need for a backup power line through the Rock tunnel, . as well as agreements on civil service and increase salaries of state employees and civil servants of the Republic of South Ossetia. In this regard, we must discuss all these issues today and develop mechanisms for their implementation," the President said.

The head of state also told about the working meetings in the Russian government, the Presidential Executive Office and the Ministry of Economic Development

"The new Russian government is already actively working on the issues related to South Ossetia, mechanisms have been developed and now we need to prepare for the Intergovernmental Commission.

The meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Marat Khusnullin, was very productive, with an understanding of the importance of all the topics discussed during the meeting with Vladimir Vladimirovich. Marat Shakirzyanovich had suggestions for improving the interaction.
