President of South Ossetia was awarded the jubilee medal "90 years of the Airborne Forces"

President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov by decree of the head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik was presented the state award of the Lugansk People's Republic - the jubilee medal "90 years of the Airborne Forces". The award was presented to the head of state by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the LPR, Vladislav Deinogo, during a solemn meeting dedicated to the Republic's foundation day.

The award was given to Anatoly Bibilov "for special services in strengthening peace, friendship and cooperation with the Lugansk People's Republic, mutual assistance and support, as well as on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the creation of the Airborne Forces."

The medal was established by the decree of the head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik. On the obverse of the medal, on the right side, there is a paratrooper holding the flagstaff of Ancient Rus from the sculptural composition "They defended the Motherland."

There are two open parachutes above the paratrooper's head. In the left part there is an image of a monument to the paratroopers of the republic - an airborne combat vehicle, on top of which, against a background of clouds, there is an inscription in a semicircle in two lines "Nobody but us." At the bottom there is a ribbon in the colors of the LPR State Flag - blue, dark blue, red. On the reverse side of the medal in the center there is an embossed inscription "90 years of the Airborne Forces", below the medal number. Along the circumference there is an inscription "Lugansk People's Republic 1930-2020".
