Apparently, the Japanese paid attention to the frequent citations by scientists from different countries. In addition, patents play a certain role, I have them, including joint ones with Russian scientists. The World Conference "Plant Biology" is a prestigious platform in the world of science and it is gratifying to note the invitation of a representative of our Republic, "Kpkpev said.
