South Ossetian Supervision Committee told about new data on coronavirus

At the end of last week, five positive tests for coronavirus infection were detected in South Ossetia. As the head of the South Ossetian Supervision Committee Marina Kochieva told IA “Res”, 69 tests were carried out in the department's PCR laboratory on April 29.

“The diagnosis of coronavirus on April 29 was confirmed in five people, in total during the coronavirus pandemic, the total number of detected cases in the Republic was 3316 people,” Kochieva said.

She has noted that also during this period of time, three people were removed from the medical register, and the total number of registered and recovered residents of the Republic is 2987.

According to Kochieva, 329 citizens of ourRrepublic remain under supervision.

It should be noted that the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine was delivered to South Ossetia last week, and those who wish will be able to get vaccinated for free in the coming days.
