President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov laid flowers at the monument to the Heroes of Donbass in the N. Ostrovsky Park of Culture and Leisure in Rostov-on-Don, according to the press service of the head of state.
The ceremony was attended by Secretary of the General Council of the United Russia Party, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Andrei Turchak, Senator of the Russian Federation Alexander Karelin, deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, First Deputy Chairman of the All-Russian Public Organization of Veterans "Combat Brotherhood" Dmitry Sablin, First Prime Minister of the Donetsk People's Republic, Hero of the DPR Alexander Borodai.
It should be noted that today has started Anatoly Bibilov's visit to the Donetsk People's Republic and the Lugansk People's Republic, where President of the RSO will take part in festive events dedicated to the formation of the DPR and LPR.
