President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov, addressing the staff of the ICC, has noted that thanks to the professionalism of the staff and the capabilities that the center has, the efficiency of work should increase significantly.

In Tskhinval, has been completed second stage of the construction of a complex of buildings and structures of the Joint Information and Coordination Center of Internal Affairs Bodies of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation. On Monday, the official opening of the center's facilities took place, timed to coincide with the fifth anniversary of the signing of the interstate Agreement on the procedure for the formation and the work of the center.

The President has stressed that there are areas that need to be developed, among which he highlighted biological expertise and information sphere. In particular, Anatoly Bibilov has noted that often lies and slander, denigrating the state or a citizen, go beyond all bounds and all moral and ethical norms are violated.

"People should be responsible for lies, slander, insults. The law should protect the honor and dignity of any citizen of our states," the President stressed.

The event was attended by top officials of the state, the Russian Ambassador to the Republic Marat Kulakhmetov, as well as Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Rashid Nurgaliev, who is in the republic on a working visit, and Minister of Internal Affairs for North Ossetia-Alania, Police Lieutenant General Mikhail Skokov.

Director of the ICC Alan Bolataev noted that at the moment the Center provides for the possibility of producing more than 10 (13) types of forensic examinations, including fingerprint, trace logical, portrait, ballistic, handwriting, auto technical, computer, linguistic, technical and forensic examination of documents, examination of cold and throwing weapons.
