On the eve of the parliamentary elections the Georgian ruling party-National Movement - is obviously nervous. It has more than a good reason to fear that Bidzina Ivanishvili and his Georgian dream will wrest the initiative from Saakashvili. This may thwart the ruling power to transform Georgia from a presidential to a parliamentary republic with a strong prime minister, in the chair of which the president is seeing himself after the presidential election. On the one hand, it would provide continuity in the Georgian domestic and foreign policy, and on the other – it would exacerbate the last two years stagnation in various spheres of public life.

Almost forgotten Georgia has decided to perform again on the world arena by "special operation" against the "North Caucasian militants", allegedly carried out near the border with Russia. Official announcements of the Georgian authorities have raised a few questions. First, if the militants penetrated into the territory of Georgia from Russia, fleeing from persecution of the government forces, then could it be that these places had not been familiar to them? Second, if these places were familiar to the militants, doesn’t it mean that they had already been there? Third, if they have already been there, is it possible, that the Georgian security agencies didn`t know of this fact? Fourth, if the gunmen have already been there, they could not help knowing that the Georgian security agencies had been informed of this, then what sense was to take the hostages? Fifth: If they took hostages, what sense was to exchange the helpless hostages for the professionally trained fighters of the Georgian power structures?

On the eve of the fourth anniversary of the recognition of South Ossetia, the Georgian pro-governmental media has published articles with justification of the military actions unleashed by Georgia in August 2008.
They did not evade the former adviser to President Vladimir Putin - Andrei Illarionov, who has devoted now his life to the struggle against Russia.

An exhibition of photographs related to the Republic of South Ossetia has opened in the Slovak Republic. The exhibition is organized within the frames of cooperation between the People's Party youth wing of South Ossetia under the chairmanship of Michael Kochiev and the Association of Slovak Youth led by Slavomir Yanchok.

The Mayor of Yasbereny (Hungary) Tamas Szabo invited a delegation of South Ossetia to the official reception in honor of the guests of the annual International Folklore Festival.
The reception took place at the city hall of Yasbereny. The city hall was attended by leaders and members of the city parliament.

The visit of the delegation of South Ossetia headed, by Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of South Ossetia Mira Tskhovrebova to the Hungarian city of Yasbereny, is going ahead.
A meeting with the Mayor of Yasbereny Dr. Tamas Szabo has also taken place. The Mayor welcomed the guests warmly. Mira Tskhovrebova sent him the regards from the Speaker of Parliament of South Ossetia Stanislav Kochiev. During the conversation, which was being held in the presence of representatives of the city of Yasbereny parliament and the media, the head of the delegation told about South Ossetia, its culture and contemporary political history of South Ossetia. The main topic of the discussion was the prospects of mutual cooperation.

The delegation of South Ossetia headed by a candidate of philology, docent Mira Tskhovrebova met with the scientific and cultural representatives of Hungary in the cityof Yasbereny (Republic of Hungary).
Hungarian scientists reported on the studies in the most important aspects of the historical, cultural and linguistic heritage of our common ancestors - Alans and the Jassic people, which are reflected in the modern linguistic parallels, the resemblance in many folk customs, traditions and even in folklore verbal formulas (Hungarian folk tales).

Delegation of representatives of the South Ossetian intelligentsia headed by a candidate of philology, docent Mira Tskhovrebova arrived in the city of Yasbereny (Jászság, Region, Republic of Hungary).
Several meetings have been held with representatives of the intelligentsia, during which they discussed issues of scientific and cultural cooperation.

Action in memory of the victims of tragedy in Eredvi that claimed 12 lives on March 18, 1991 has been held today in South Ossetia. The action was organized by the Department for Youth Affairs under the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of South Ossetia.
Youth representatives, along with the victims' families attended the burial place of the remains of 12 Ossetian men, aged 18 to 70 years old, who, after brutal tortures had been buried alive in a pre-dug pit in the Georgian populated settlement Eredvi, Tskhinvalskiy District of South Ossetia.

Quiz: March 14, the Ministry of Economic Development of South Ossetia and the Russian airline "Your air centre" signed a cooperation agreement. It provides for creation an enterprise for small aircraft construction in the territory of South Ossetia. How do you assess the prospects of this agreement and its implementation?

This is a carefully thought out and quite a real project. The profitability of this project is that even in the first year it will cover 70% of its value and the next year the project will bring profit.
