South Ossetia and Transnistria will cooperate with Abkhazia in the military field

Deputy Defense Minister of South Ossetia Ibrahim Gasseev and the head of the Ministry of Defense of Transnistria Alexander Lukyanenko have signed today in Sukhum the cooperation agreements with the head of the Defense Ministry of Abkhazia Mirab Kishmaria.
"The agreements have been signed to strengthen the military security, the mutual provision of information about the challenges and threats to national security, territorial integrity and sovereignty", - has been noted by the signatories at the ceremony, held in the Cabinet of Abkhazia.

Under the signed agreements, the military agencies of Abkhazia, Transnistria and South Ossetia will "exchange experience in the training of staff, command, control and combat training."
The agreements also require "training of officers in military schools and military cooperation between the institutions of the sides, sending the military experts of the sides to train the national military and technical personnel, exchange of experience in the organization of radio-electronic warfare, communications, logistics, meteorological and topogeodetic support for the troops."
As the news agency "Res" was informed by Ibrahim Gasseev, "the signing of these agreements – is another important step in cementing our relationship."
"This agreement will raise the relationship of Abkhazia and South Ossetia to a new level," - he stressed.
It should be noted that on the invitation of the Abkhaz side Ibrahim Gasseev is participating in the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the Abkhazian armed forces.
