Russian delegation led by Alexander Khloponin will visit South Ossetia

South Ossetia will be visited by the Russian delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy of the Russian Federation to the North Caucasus Federal District, co-chairman of the Russian part of the Intergovernmental Committee Alexander Khloponin.

Tomorrow in Tskhinval will be held a working meeting between the President of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov and Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Khloponin, and then will start the seventh plenary meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission (IGC) on socio-economic cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of South Ossetia.
At the IGC meeting will be considered the implementation of the Investment Program to promote socio-economic development of South Ossetia in 2012-2013. Leonid Tibilov and Alexander Khloponin will address the participants of the meeting.
Then representatives of the Russian and South Ossetian part of the Intergovernmental Commission will make the reports.
At the end of the meeting is expected to sign the final protocol, as well as the customs agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of South Ossetia on the order of appeal of decisions, actions (inaction) of the officials of specialized customs authority.
The agreement will be signed by Murat Tskhovrebov - Chairman of the General Customs Committee of South Ossetia and Sergey Komlichenko - Deputy Head of the Federal Customs Service of Russia.
